The Holiday Inn Civic Center is a first-class hotel, located in the heart of the theater and arts district. The hotel is a 14-story high-rise that was recently refurbished. The Jubilee restaurant serves breakfast and dinner daily; The Conversations lounge offers a big screen TV for viewing sporting events. The Holiday Inn Civic Center is perfect for business travelers as well as the vacationing family, with 3000 square feet of meeting space available.
Each clean, comfortable, well-appointed guest room features a private balcony or pool view. The hotel has recently added new 25" TVs with Lodgenet Digital System, featuring the latest in high speed internet access, as well as video games for the kids (both for a fee). ADA approved guest rooms also feature roll in showers, visual alert systems, and closed captioning. A sun deck is adjacent to the year-round outdoor heated pool, along with the fitness facility.
