The Snowmass Inn is located eight miles from the Aspen Sardy Field Airport. The Snowmass Inn is Snowmass Village's original ski lodge, family owned and operated. With an excellent location and outstanding rates, it's a popular place year round. Snowmass Village is located in the picturesque Roaring Fork Valley 100 yards from ski slope, adjacent to the Snowmass Village Mall. The world famous town of Aspen, Colorado is just 12 miles south of the property. The lodge's great location makes it easy and convenient to get to the ski slopes, shopping in the Snowmass Village Mall, dining in the excellent restaurants, buses to the world famous town of Aspen and area activities. The hotel offers complimentary transfers, to and from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and round the village.
Snowmass Inn, with just 39 rooms, is well known for its friendly staff, great rates, service and flexibility. Each day, a complimentary continental breakfast is served. All rooms equipped with coffee makers, mini-refrigerators, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards, color cable television and telephones.
From November 22nd till end of ski season the breakfast hours will be 7:00am to 9:00am. Breakfast is only served during winter and summer seasons. The hotel has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Summer pool hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm. It will then close again for the fall off-season on October 15th and reopen on November 3rd for the winter season. Winter season pool hours are 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
If a guest arrives after office hours there will be an envelope with the guests last name hung outside the lobby front door. This envelope will contain a key to the guests' room and a copy of the property map with directions. There will also be a letter with helpful hotel hints and check-in procedures for the following morning. If there are any guest emergencies that occur when the office is closed there is a posted bulletin board with emergency numbers. The bulletin board is located outside the lobby front door.
*Off-season hours are 8am to 5pm until December 15th. The airport van is only available during seasonal dates.

Driving Directions

From Aspen/Sardy Field Airport:
Take Highway 82 West approximately 3 miles.
At intersection turn left on Brush Creek Road.
Proceed 5 miles and turn left onto Wood Road.
Make a immediate right onto Snowmelt Road.
Bear right and go about 1/2 mile to Daly Lane.
Turn left on Daly Lane and continue straight.
Snowmass Inn is located on the left hand side.

You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy, HRN, Inc. Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE. If Cancellation occurs within the Cancellation Policy period, a one-night Charge will be assessed. * If cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival, refund less $50 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days notification, full forfeiture, Unless space is re-rented, then $50 cancellation fee applies. New Year's Policies are the same as above except full payment due by November 1 And cancellation must be made by November, for refund less $50. The summer cancellation policy is As follows: If you cancel outside of fourteen days you will be refunded For your stay less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel inside of Fourteen days you will be refunded if the resort can re-rent your unit. The winter cancellation policy is similar to summers. If you cancel Outside of thirty days you are refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If it is inside thirty days it is still re-rent to refund. If you Decide to book for the holiday season, cancellation must be made by November 1st. If you do so you will be refunded less a $50.00 Cancellation fee. If you do not it will be refund based upon re-rental. No refunds will be given for unused days resulting from late arrival or Early departure. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
