The Loews Miami Beach Hotel, located on the beachfront, is one of South Beach's premiere luxury hotels. This hotel combines the historic splendor of the restored St. Moritz Hotel, with the modern sophistication of a new 17-story tower. The Loews has six onsite food and beverage outlets, and it will feature Emeril Lagasse's new South Beach restaurant, due to open in the Fall of 2003. The Loews features a beautiful, sculptured oceanfront pool area, landscaped with Palm trees. Guests can also relax by the poolside in a private, butler- served cabana, or on the adjoining 1000-foot, private access beach.
The elegantly appointed guest rooms at the Loews are decorated with touches of art deco design and feature ample, modern amenities. All rooms are equipped with a safe, a mini-bar, bathrobes, and guests are offered 24-hour room service. The fully equipped, modern fitness center, features a full range of equipment as well as extensive spa services. Guests at the Loews will find a variety of features and services amidst a complex blend of vibrant Art Deco splendor and the sophistication of the modern age.
Emeril's Miami Beach is now OPEN. Located on the lobby level of the St. Moritz. World-renowned Chef Emeril Lagasse features his award-winning "new" New Orleans cuisine at this new fine dining establishment designed by David Rockwell. Emeril's menu includes the freshest seafood, prime aged steaks and an extensive wine list. Seating is also available at the chef's food bar, and in the exterior cafe.
Please note that on Memorial Day Weekend, there are some special restrictions. Only registered guests will be permitted on the hotel grounds. There is a maximum occupancy of 3 people in a room with one bed, and 4 people in a room with 2 beds.
