From Altoona Blair County Airport:
Turn right out of airport going towards Martinsburg.
At the first light turn left on Rt 866 and go 5 miles.
At the next light begin following signs for I-99 North.
Proceed on I-99 North to Exit #32 (Frankstown Road).
At the top of exit ramp turn right on Frankstown Road.
At 3rd light turn right on Pleasant Valley Blvd/Bus 220.
